The iSocket power failure cellular text/SMS alert module automatically sends multiple devices an alert SMS/text message over a 3G cellular network using a micro SIM card (not nano or standard) when a power loss is detected, power is restored, or the air temperature exceeds a certain threshold that you set.
AT&T cellular service is recommended either via a pre-paid or monthly plan, but any provider with service in your area that can provide a micro SIM card will work. This system can be plugged into any U.S. standard wall outlet for monitoring. An internal lithium ion battery keeps the system online for long enough to send a SMS/text message, then shut down until power is restored.
